Victoria Rose Proctor

This scholarship is being created in memory of Victoria Rose Proctor. Tori was a giving, caring person, always going out of her way for others. Tori was tragically taken from us May 12, 2019. Tori believed in happiness, peace and love. She was a true friend and loved her family. Here is a poem she wrote describing what “Happiness Is”.

“Happiness Is”
Happiness is waking up with confidence and bright eyes.
Happiness is puppy love forever.
Happiness is never losing your spark and silliness.

All funds collected will be held by the DeWitt Public Schools Foundation to be awarded to a member of the 2022 class upon graduation, and annually after that.
